Return & Exchange Policy
At Homeland Supermarket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your fresh groceries, halal or fast food items, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We may ask for photos of the damage to help us improve our packaging and shipping processes.
